035: Trusting Yourself, Yoga for Sanity and Going with the Change

When was the last time you had an opportunity to reflect on how far you’ve come?
Have you had experiences lately which spark a realization of the fact you finally trust yourself?

Trust the choices you make.
Trust taking a day off from exercise won’t spiral into weeks.
Trust your intuition about what’s right for you and your body.

We begin episode 35 talking about this notion of trust and, once we’ve shown ourselves we can be successful, how it translates into believing in ourselves and our choices.

Speaking of choices, no matter your candidate last night’s debate and the entire election season has been a stressful one. We’ve got a suggestion for how you might make the remaining 20+ days a little more zen–through yoga and through laughter.


We wrap up the episode debating whether or not we agree paying one’s children (or spouse/partner for that matter) to consume fruits/vegetables is a good idea.  Scientific research says yes – – what do we say?
